This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. the luxurious amenities and private facilities made for a comfortable stay. the restaurant had exceptional food and service that made dining in a pleasure. its central location made sightseeing and shopping a breeze. staff was incredibly friendly, and the room was spotless.
The only negative aspect I found was that the service at the reception desk could have been more welcoming and accommodating. this minor flaw did not detract from the overall exceptional experience at this hotel.
